The Cala Inn is Summit County, Colorado's only traditional Celtic restaurant. Celtic is a mix of Scottish and Irish, the Celtic Peoples. We are located strategically between Dillon and Keystone, near the shores of Lake Dillon. The Cala Inn offers an intimate setting for family and friends to dine or to just congregate around a table of Irish Guinness and friendly talk. Although not a sports bar, there is usually rugby or soccer on the TV in the bar area. The restaurant specializes in a mixture of pub foods including Shepherd’s pie (Jake’s Grandmother’s recipe), Fish and Chips, and our signature dish, Steak and Guinness pie.
The pub is run in the traditional manner. Therefore, there is no wait staff. All food and drink is ordered from the bar. Daily fare and specials are written on a slate board and posted over the bar. To maintain this authenticity, we travel to the Isles frequently for research.

Robert Burns Night - Scotch Pairing Dinner
The Robert Burns Scotch Pairing dinner will be held on Saurday, January 24th, 2009. While visiting Scotland recently, Dave and Scott brought back bottles of rare malts that will be served during this annual celebration and whiskey pairing dinner. None of these malts are available outside Scotland, so here in the U.S they are next to impossible to find, unless you happen to show up at the Cala on January 24th for the Whiskey Pairing. Call (970) 468 - 1899 for reservations. Check the events page in the future for the menu and more information about the live music for the evening!
